qualification

Read about our service offerings and determine if we are a fit. Feel free to email or pick up the phone and call if you have questions.

Contact

Contact us via the website, email or call us to share the preliminaries of your objectives, concerns, or pre-scoped project.  We will confirm if we are qualified to assist. We want to establish trust up front  and we are above-board and transparent about our qualifications.

scoping

In-person or online detailed scoping meeting to discuss parameters and objectives, details that entail administrative items such as duration, start date etc., your culture assessment, and also a technical scope assessment. This part is essential and critical in partnering with clients for a successful outcome.

Team Selection

We will subsequently put forward a solo consultant or a team as warranted.  As a client you will have the opportunity to either endorse or reshuffle our selection.  This phase ensures the optimal team member fit with the dynamics, culture, and expectations of your company and the mission.

Onboarding

If we have worked with you before, then we will have pre-onboarded our consultants for an expeditious and smooth start. If not, then we will work with your relevant departments to onboard our consultants. This last phase confirms that our consultants function effectively within your human resource policies and culture.

After you have completed all five steps — we’re at project Kick-Off! atum is delighted to include you in our family of clients. Let’s have fun together and create enterprise value while fulfilling your organization's goals and success.
